The II International Congress on Water and Sustainability is going to be held from March 24th to March 26th 2021 at the Institute for Textile Research and Industrial Cooperation of Terrassa (INTEXTER) of the Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya · BarcelonaTech (UPC).
This second edition entitled “Technology and Access to Water” aims to give space for a scientific debate and reflection on water and its importance with regards to the environment and wider society. Therefore, the congress will cover the four following research areas:
– Water treatment: This topic includes the most up-to-date scientific-technical experiences related to purification, wastewater treatment and environmental analysis.
– Cooperation: Research analysis and innovative projects within the cooperative world such as water management systems.
– Sustainability and LCA: This topic collects sustainable experiences, shows evaluation of indicators, Life Cycle Assessment and analysis on the perception of sustainability.
– Water Management Models: This topic includes all aspects related to water management, taking into account all relevant aspects on model transition processes and their strength or weakness.
